Poke Ballet
Elyna loved nothing more than ballet. Ever since she was little, she practiced every day to one day become a talented ballerina like her mother, as well as her mother before her. Thus, when she'd heard rumors of an event taking place in the Kalos Region known as the "Pokémon Street Performer Festival," where Trainers and their Pokémon put on shows for the masses, Elyna was more than ecstatic to put on a show with the help of her Kirlia. Unfortunately for her, though, when it came time to put together a small troupe of fellow ballerinas to dance alongside her onstage, Elyna found that her options were limited solely to her partner Kirlia, as everyone else she knew didn't seem keenly interested in putting on a tutu. The (reference) photo always lies a little
The idea is that you capture a moment when you take a photo - and have an accurate depiction of how things looked at the time the photo was taken. As we all know, that isn't always the case. In fact, it's surprisingly often not the case. This means that both the photos you've taken can be incorrect, and that any photos you might find online might not be entirely correct either - intentionally or not. While some of the ways this can happen are obvious (blurred photos and lens flares, for one) there are others which might be trickier to find out. And so, here's a list of some of the most common "lies" you might see in photos. Technical issues These ones are purely a result of the camera and the way the camera is built, and mostly appear when taking a photo of a bright light source. Lens flares are by far the most common here, and are often caused by internal scattering of light inside the lens system. This also means you can have different kinds of flares depending on how the system is

This is a really interesting poem. I like how it's not immediately clear whether or not these two people are fighting on the same side or if they are against each other - it feels like this sort of implies that it doesn't matter because the battle itself is in being separated.
